The Australian live export industry wins again. Animals cruelly dying on boats due to overheating in cramped quarters, their intestines exploding and just left to die under total disgusting conditions during the transport to their destinations, - these exporters can again do as they like, because they found a loop again to continue this inhumane business. Not only is the trade allowed to continue, after a recent decision they no longer need to have a supervisor on the boats either to ensure the animals are treated as they should be, at least not on short sea journeys, stating this would be unnecessary on short trips to countries, e.g. Indonesia and alike! Not that a supervisor would have been a perfect insurance for the animals' well-fare, but now there won't be a supervisor either. Why it outrages me is due to the fact that this is a pretty obvious way around improvement in transport practices, because now there will be just unescorted short trips, to countries known not to care about animal welfare and, from there the transports can go to the far destinations as usual, while nobody will be able to interfere, once they are out of Australia anyway. If anyone should be fooled by this shonky decisions I would be surprised, but sanctioned by officials of what is called a civilised country, horrifies me even more, because they ought to be pretty stupid to think, people with a normal brain can be fooled so easily. However, I say, they are not fools but fraudsters and swindlers making these decisions and they should never sit in any power or executive position. Selling their horrendous business attitudes to the public as if the public had no brain and does not understand what they do, these power brokers may however be right in that there are not enough people around who care, preferring to take the easy way out, looking away and let these criminals continue with business as usual from behind a deceptive veil. Disgusted and horrified I look at the kind of world humans have created for themselves. The world is indeed better off without them. Life can only exist in a state of equilibrium, it is a balancing act. This equilibrium no longer exists. Thank you, Mother Nature! You will take care of what needs to be done. .
