I wonder if it is ever worth to trouble yourself with anything. Some people do nothing and things just fall into their lap, others struggle and struggle and don't get anywhere, Karma? Who cares? Not knowing if there is or is not, only confirms that you need not to ruminate. Getting the blues, going up and down the emotional ladder, it is nothing but riding on a wave, up on its crest, down in its valley until you finally reach the shores, either crashing at rock or fizzling out in sand. But if you think this is the end, forget it! You only get washed back into the sea and the ride begins again. And no guarantee it will be a better one this time. Well, the best you can do is enjoying the sun shine, the roller coaster when storms blow, the creatures around you, in and above the waters. You may even become a good meal. At least you are good for something and that without troubling yourself to do something worthwhile.
