Everyday reading the papers, hearing or watching the news, talking to people of all walks of life, corruption seems to have established itself in our life to the extent that it has become acceptable and no-one, at least the majority really does something about it. 'What can I do', I hear more often than not. 'There is nothing I can do anyway', is the other frequent statement. Well, there is a lot that can be done, on a personal and general public level, you just have to want to. On a personal level it may be only a small contribution, but every penny counts, as the banker says and does (even if it is corrupt), and there is al lot more possible if you band together with the like-minded. Mountains can be moved, or course far quicker than if you are alone shuffling about. Yes, it drives me crazy sometimes and yes, it makes me feel helpless and hopeless more often than not, not only because corruption is everywhere, but more so, because of these stupid arguments, that nothing can be done about it. Intelligent human beings? No, but corrupt yes.
